1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 150 off on the Food Partner App (Swiggy) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
2. This offer shall have a validity till 31st December 2024
3. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges. Offer valid for all days of the week.
4. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and  participating restaurant.
5. Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
6. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
7. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
8. This offer is only for Home Delivery.
9. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
10. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 150

Terms and conditions for Rs. 2500 Myntra E- Gift Card

1. This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
2. This E-Gift Card shall have a validity till 31st March 2025.
3. This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
5. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
6. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
7. In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
8. The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
9. Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.'
10. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer
11. If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
12. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
13. Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com. shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards. .
14. Myntra.com assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
15. Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
16. Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insuficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
17. Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
18. All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
19. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
20. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against all sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
21. Myntra E-Gift Cards will be delivered within 24 business hours. (Business Hours are Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding any public holidays)
22. Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into Myntra User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards.

Terms & Conditions for Tanishq Gift Vouchers

1. Voucher is valid for the purchase of Tanishq products from any authorized Tanishq Showroom.
2. Voucher is only an entitlement to credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher and is non cashable. If the value of the purchase is than the value of the voucher the balance is non-refundable.
3. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher.
4. Voucher is valid till 31st March 2025
5. Voucher is not a legal tender.
6. Voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift voucher.
7. This e-Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only.
8. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
9. Balance / expiry may be checked at the Tanishq cash counters.
10. Tanishq or it's Gift Voucher issuing partners will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, or expired.
11. Bearer is responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
12. For this e-Gift Card, Indian law is applicable and jurisdiction shall be Bangalore.
13. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is non-refundable.
14. Tanishq reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Voucher entitles you to Rs. 150 Swiggy Voucher or Rs. 2500 Shopping Voucher or Rs. 9999 Gold Voucher in select cities of India. The reward won will be mentioned in the reward SMS post successful verification of the invoice/bill on the registration website.
2. This offer is for consumers only and is not a trade scheme or employee scheme for Company’s employees, retailers, dealers and/or distributors. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
3. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
4. The Promotion & contest shall run on the selected SKUs of Havells Personal Grooming Range only 
5. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for “sale”.
6. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
7. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
8. 14. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
15. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
16. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
17. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice during the promotion period.

19Publicity:
a. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Havells to cover the Contest through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
b. The winners must, at the request of Havells, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Havells using their name and image in promotional material.

22.Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest/promotion the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
23.The decision of Havells or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to Havells approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
24.No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Havells. and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
25.Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
26.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical dificulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27.Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
28.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
29.Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 30.This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
